Service Rates and Mileage

Mile is charged one way to the job site. Mileage is charged at $3.00 a mile with a min charge of $50.00 calculated from Google maps from the Antelope Valley Mall in Palmdale. Our shop rate is $150.00 and is based on our hourly rate of $150.00 per hour. All services are charge at a flat rate per the flat rate guide by Lippert Industries. The ship rate is charge once we arrive and start the diagnostic procedure . Our hourly rate is charge when we are chasing down electrical shorts, gas or water leaks. Or services that are impossible to charge a flat rate. As the customer, you have the option to limit the time what is spent on investigating a problem. We have to option to discontinue the investigation without finding the issue if we feel that it is exceeding the value to the customer
